Domain Renewal Process

From Gravity Internet Technical Support

For all domains that have been registered through Gravity Internet:

• An invoice will be sent to you, 21 days prior to the expiry of the domain name.

If you wish to keep your domain

Simply remit payment by its due date.

If you do not wish to keep your domain

Please contact our Billing team within 7 working days on receipt of the invoice, the service will then be cancelled and a credit note automatically raised.

If we do not receive payment or notice to cancel

The domain will be allowed to expire and eventually removed from our systems.
